Our Story
From every challenge, a business is born
Our story began in mid-2019 when our founder envisioned a world where investors could freely and safely embrace the exciting opportunities of digital assets. This vision was spurred by our founder Jamie Khurshid, a former Goldman Sachs investment banker and pioneer of regulatory transparency in financial markets.
He went on to assemble a diverse team of blockchain, technology, investment and regulatory experts, deep-rooted in capital markets with a compelling pedigree in distributed ledger technology and digital asset management.

Where do we go from here?
Our mission is to champion a world where investors can simply and securely embrace the exciting opportunities presented by the digital economy. We teamed up with tier one firms to launch the world’s first regulated, exchange-listed Bitcoin Exchange Traded Fund (ETF). The safest and simplest way for institutional, professional and sophisticated investors to access Bitcoin.
But this is just the start of our journey.
Evolution is key to growth and sustainability. We want to change the way people think about digital asset classes and promote solutions for a resourceful, transparent, inclusive and constantly evolving world. We understand the potential cryptocurrency has to create a new digital economy and create freedom for emerging markets.
