  • What happens to an investor’s ETF holding if Jacobi Asset Management goes into administration?

Jacobi Asset Management is the promoter of the Jacobi FT Wilshire Bitcoin ETF. If Jacobi goes bankrupt there will be no impact on the operations or security of the ETF. All assets are segregated in the ETF’s name and held in a separate legal fund structure.

The ETFs are designed so that they are legally separate from the company that manages and creates them. If Jacobi Asset Management were to go into administration, the ETFs are legally separate and would be unaffected by the bankruptcy.
